Amazing service within 4 hours of first call that included not only assessing the area of infestation and identifying point(s) of entry but cleaning up affected area, cleansing affected area and installing physical barriers to prevent further access. Also offered advice on unrelated areas of the property which may be at risk. I was very pleased with the pest control service I received for fleas. My daughter had finally been able to move into a flat we purchased, and was being bitten from day one. We could actually see them jumping around!!! Flea infestation, pretty bad. A member of your team came over that day and explained how the flea treatments work. No hoovering, leave the spray, so we postponed my daughters move in for 7 days, and by the time we got to the flat, they were all gone. Not a sign of them. Success. My sister knows the Willmott family, Spencer & Kelly, so of course called them when we had ants running through the kitchen like the M25! I tried all the store bought traps, sprays and baits with no success. The ant spray killed a few but nothing long term. We have suffered a rodent problem for several years, we have used several pest control companies in the past though with no success, Spencer of West London Pest Control has been the first person to solve our problem. I cannot recommend him highly enough, Spencer completed work in stages to properly identify the source of the problem and stop the rats getting underneath

I phoned OTP Control as I had there number saved in my phone after they had done the same job for me last summer. There always very friendly, they make a real effort to fit you in and actually seems bothered about whether the problem gets fixed or not (which not all trades folk are).

Spencer responded promptly to my inquiries and installed anti-pigeon netting and post-and-wire. When the pigeons proved unusually persistent, Spencer carried out extra work, extending the netting and installing spikes. He was friendly and professional. Would recommend.

The huge advantage of Spencer was that he could do this job on our roof without the great expense of scaffolding. This job was to stop pigeons from nesting and roosting under our solar panels. We have no hesitation in recommending Spencer for his excellent work.
